Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay at Diamond Beach Resort.

1. Booking and Reservations

By completing a booking with Diamond Beach Resort, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which govern the contractual relationship between you and Diamond Beach Resort.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The cardholder must be one of the guests staying at the resort, and the card must be presented upon check-in along with valid photo identification.

Room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates may change without notice, but confirmed reservations will maintain the rate quoted at the time of booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. A pre-authorization will be taken on the credit card to cover incidental charges during your stay.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, or no-shows, will incur a charge equivalent to the full booking amount.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to reservations@diamondbeachresort.com or through our online cancellation system.

4. Resort Facilities and Services

Access to resort facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and beach amenities is included in your stay, subject to operational hours and availability.

Diamond Beach Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel any facility or service without prior notice due to weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Guests are required to adhere to all posted rules and regulations regarding the use of resort facilities.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort and safety of other guests and staff. Diamond Beach Resort reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation and to remove guests who display disruptive behavior.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort, including guest rooms, restaurants, and common spaces. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

Diamond Beach Resort maintains a no-pet policy except for service animals as defined by applicable laws.

6. Liability

Diamond Beach Resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of guest property. Guests are encouraged to utilize the in-room safes provided.

The resort assumes no liability for injuries or accidents that occur on resort property, except in cases of proven negligence by the resort.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around the pool, beach, and other potentially hazardous areas.

7. Privacy Policy

Diamond Beach Resort is committed to protecting the privacy of our guests. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Diamond Beach Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
